Dinner Time!

Today before school I cooked dinner for my family. I decided to fry some beef cube steaks, roast some diced potatoes and steam green beans. I seasoned my steaks with a premixed gourmet burger dry rub and breaded them with crushed French onions. I diced my potatoes to roughly a medium dice cut. I melted some margarine in the microwave for about 30 seconds and added a powder ranch dip mix to it. I sprinkled a little seasoned salt on my potatoes before I coated them with the flavored margarine. The way I steamed my green beans I put a little salted water in my pot, add the green beans then covered with a lid until they still had a little crunch. I season the beans after I removed them from the pot. My family loved every bit!
